This is the start of a social media review on every social media avenue possible about a dealership that's completely incompetent, I have a 2015 golf that the dealership have changed 4 axles on, cannot diagnosis an issue to save their lives, a service manager that has an attitude and an ego that will destroy Any business , a GM that is rude and cannot communicate and bottom line I have a vehicle that's been 27 days In an incompetent dealership
Dealership that don't understand the power of customer service !
A dealership that also wants a minimum of $2500 more for a new vehicle than it's competition.
Whatever you do do not walk in the door of a business's that's in a current mess due to being turned over and a business that doesn't understand the consumer comes first.

The dealership has been reported to the better business bureau for their pathetic treatment if a consumer ,also Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and student bodies at UF
To add insult to injury the dealership will not respond nor acknowledge how they put 900 miles on my vehicle sitting in their dealership !!!!!
I hope Volkswagen shuts them down
No surprise how they keep changing ownership they think because it's a student town they can treat customers like garbage
